Bob Rohrman Lexus of Arlington Adds Amenities To Win Customers

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Illinois – The list of amenities at Bob Rohrman Lexus of Arlington is about to get longer.

The 170,000-square-foot dealership just opened the doors to its new location on Independence Day, and it’s already adding more to its existing amenities that include an in-house movie theater, a car-wash-themed indoor play area, a fitness center with a private shower and lockers, a massage bed and chairs, a quiet room for relaxation, an indoor golf putting green and a salon for haircuts, manicures and pedicures.

General Manager Marcin Ajdukiewicz told Edmunds that the dealership is installing an indoor golf driving range, more activities in the children’s area like Xbox and PS4 game systems for older kids and custom-built televisions for football lovers on the north and south ends of the showroom.

Yet there is still room for a wide range of Lexus models, including a yellow 2012 Lexus LFA, one of only 500 made, and the new 2016 Lexus NX.

“Bob Rohrman wants this store to be a jewel,” Ajdukiewicz said. “It’s his legacy. He wants customers to say ‘Wow!'”

When guests enter the showroom, they are given a map so they can seek out specific amenities on the first and second floors, he said.

“Our sales are up and so are our showroom visits,” Ajdukiewcz said. “People stop by to check out the atmosphere we’ve created because they’ve never had an experience like this buying a car.”
