IRVINE, California – The 2016 Kia Soul EV electric vehicle will roll out to four more states and 19 Kia dealerships soon, Kia Motors America announced on Wednesday.
The states are New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Maryland. Soul EV sales in the Northeast will begin in the fourth quarter.
This brings the total number of states selling the Soul EV to 10. It is also on sale in California, Georgia, Texas, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii.
Key Soul EV competitors include the Chevrolet Spark EV, Nissan Leaf and Volkswagen e-Golf.
The EPA says the Soul EV has a driving range of 93 miles.
