2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition Headed to Dealerships
CYPRESS, California – The 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition, a special model that marks the end of an era for the Japanese performance sedan, is headed to Mitsubishi dealerships.
The 303-horsepower Final Edition is priced at $38,805, including an $810 destination charge.
It is equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a five-speed manual transmission.
Other details include Final Edition badging, a black-painted aluminum roof, dark chrome painted Enkei alloy wheels, gloss black center bumper and hood air outlet and dark chrome front grille surround.
The cabin treatment includes a black headliner and red accent stitching.
Final Edition models can be ordered in four colors. They are new Pearl White, Rally Red, Mercury Gray and Octane Blue.
Just 1,600 numbered Final Edition models are allocated for the U.S. market.
It will go on sale alongside the face-lifted 2016 Lancer, which starts at $18,405, including shipping.
The Evolution Final Edition is based off the current GSR model and competes with the Honda Civic Si sedan and Subaru WRX STI.
