2016 Toyota Prius C Persona Series Special Edition Arrives at Dealerships in December

TORRANCE, California – The new 2016 Toyota Prius C Persona Series Special Edition hatchback arrives at Toyota dealerships in December with a $22,190 price tag.

Pricing includes an $835 destination charge.

The Persona Series Special Edition is only available in black and is limited to a production run of 1,500 units. But it gets jazzed up with Electric Lime or Cherry Pearl exterior accents.

“You may have seen such paint schemes on customized exotics driven by pro ballplayers, but the effect costs far less on a 2016 Prius C Special Edition,” Toyota said in a statement.

Other details include 15-inch black alloy wheels and a Persona Series badge.

The special model is spun off the Prius C Two and also includes two-tone seats, a six-way adjustable driver seat, 60/40 split fold-down rear seats, cruise control, a cargo area cover and engine immobilizer.

The Prius C is the smallest Toyota hybrid.

The base 2016 Prius C One is priced at $20,395, including shipping.
