FOUNTAIN VALLEY, California – The 2016 Hyundai Azera full-size sedan is on its way to Hyundai dealerships this fall with a $34,995 base price. Pricing includes an $895 destination charge.
The price on the base 2016 Azera increased by $100 compared to the 2015 model.
The top-of-the-line 2016 Azera Limited starts at $40,195, including shipping, reflecting a $1,100 price increase over the previous Azera Limited.
This is a carryover model with a couple of driver-convenience upgrades.
An electronic parking brake and smart cruise control with stop-start capability is added to the Limited model for 2016.
The Azera is equipped with a 293-horsepower 3.3-liter V6 engine linked to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Key Azera competitors include the Chevrolet Impala, Nissan Altima and Toyota Avalon.
Edmunds says: Car shoppers will find a minimal price increase on the base 2016 Hyundai Azera, but a more substantial one on the Limited model.
