2016 Chevrolet Equinox Priced at $23,495

DETROIT – The base 2016 Chevrolet Equinox L SUV is priced at $23,495, including an $895 destination charge, reflecting a $500 price increase over the 2015 Equinox L, according to the Chevrolet vehicle configurator.
The value-oriented “L” model debuted earlier this year starting at $22,995, including shipping.
The 2016 Equinox is on sale now at Chevrolet dealerships.
The top-of-the-line Equinox LTZ starts at $30,635, including shipping.
Updates for the 2016 Equinox include a restyled front-and-rear fascia, new wheel designs and a standard rearview camera for entry-level models.
The base model is equipped with a standard 182-horsepower Ecotec 2.4-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine. A direct-injected 3.6-liter V6 engine is available with LT and LTZ models.
Key Equinox competitors include the Ford Escape, Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4.
